"These Are The Days" pertence ao álbum "Twentysomething" lançado em 2004. Nesta performance, Jamie introduz também excertos de outras músicas como "Everyday I Have the Blues" (mais conhecida na versão de B.B.King) e talvez a "I Feel Fine" dos Beatles.
